Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Babymoon iPhone application (the “App”), developed by Lumi-Zone. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Medical disclaimer

Babymoon is designed only for general information, personal tracking, and memory keeping.

Weekly development content, descriptions of possible body changes, weight, blood pressure and movement records, reminders, and all other content are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Babymoon does not classify a value as normal, high, low, or risky. A qualified healthcare professional should make those assessments.

Contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency service whenever you have a question or concern about pregnancy, symptoms, nutrition, movement, or your baby’s development. Never delay seeking care or disregard professional medical advice because of information shown in Babymoon.

1. The service

Babymoon is a device-based personal app offering pregnancy week guidance, journal and routine entries, weight/blood pressure/movement records, appointment notes, memories and photos, a hospital bag checklist, and local reminders. It requires iOS 17.0 or later.

2. Licence

Lumi-Zone grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the App’s source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • You may not rent, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App commercially.
  • Content you create in the App—including photos, notes, videos, albums, and PDFs—remains yours to use and share.

3. Babymoon Premium

Core features are free. Pregnancy Journey Video, Digital Album, PDF Memory Book, saved projects, the aligned weekly photo camera, and appointment summaries are available with an optional Premium subscription. Package, renewal, trial, cancellation, and refund details are explained in the Subscription Terms.

4. Your data and the risk of loss

Your pregnancy records, journal, photos, and notes are stored on your device; we cannot access them. Limited information processed for subscription verification is described in the Privacy Policy.

The copy on your device may be the only copy. If your device is lost, damaged, reset, or the App is removed, we cannot recover information that was never sent to us. We strongly recommend exporting a backup regularly from Settings. You are responsible for maintaining your backups.

5. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for information you enter. An incorrect date can affect the displayed pregnancy week.
  • You must not use the App in violation of applicable law.
  • You should not add or share another person’s photos or personal information unless you have the right to do so.

6. Intellectual property

The App itself—including its original text, weekly content, interface, graphics, brand assets, sounds, design, and source code—is owned by Lumi-Zone and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its content to you.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumi-Zone makes no express or implied warranty that the App will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content will be complete or suitable for your individual circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, Lumi-Zone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version will be published here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any mandatory consumer rights and rights to bring a claim in your place of residence remain unaffected.
