Frequently asked questions
My pregnancy week looks wrong. How can I change it?
Open Settings in Babymoon and edit your pregnancy details. The 280-day timeline starts from the date you selected: the first day of your last menstrual period, 14 days before a conception date, or 280 days before an estimated due date. Small differences from a healthcare professional’s estimate can occur; use the date they recommend for your care.
I am not receiving reminder notifications.
Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → Babymoon and confirm that notifications are allowed. Focus or Do Not Disturb may delay alerts. After changing permission, open Babymoon Settings and save your reminder times again.
I purchased Premium, but the features are still locked.
Choose “Restore Purchases” on the Premium screen while connected to the internet and signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase. A pending Apple transaction—for example, one waiting for family approval—will not unlock access until Apple completes it. If the problem continues, email us below.
Will my data move to a new iPhone?
Babymoon stores personal content on your device. Restoring a full iCloud or computer backup to the new iPhone may include the App’s data. You can also export your records and photos as one archive from Babymoon Settings. Restore Premium separately using the same Apple Account.
Where are my photos and memories stored?
They are stored in Babymoon’s isolated folder on your iPhone. They are not uploaded to our server, and we cannot access them. Removing the App also removes this local content unless it remains in a device backup.
I deleted the App. Can you recover my data?
Unfortunately, we cannot. Babymoon has no user account or server copy. Recovery is only possible if you previously made a compatible device backup or exported an archive.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Babymoon → Cancel Subscription. See the Subscription Terms for details.
Is Babymoon available on Android?
Babymoon is currently available for iPhone only and requires iOS 17.0 or later.
Does Babymoon provide medical advice?
No. Babymoon is for general information, personal tracking, and memory keeping. It does not provide medical advice or interpret symptoms and measurements. Contact a qualified healthcare professional about health questions or concerns.
